We’re moving out of our house after 2.5 years, and are looking for a couple or individual to take over our beautiful room in a great location between Nunhead and Peckham.

📍 Location
Perfectly situated between Queens Road Peckham and Nunhead stations, both just an 8–10 minute walk away making commuting easy. The area is full of great pubs, cafés, and green spaces.

🛏️ The Room
A large, bright ensuite room featuring:
Two built-in wardrobes
A chest of drawers
Spacious private bathroom
The room is unfurnished, however we will be selling our bed when we leave so would ideally like to pass this on!

🏡 The House
A welcoming, well-kept home with:
A lovely garden and patio, perfect for summer
Large doors that fully open out to the garden
A spacious kitchen with plenty of storage
An additional downstairs toilet.

👯 Housemates
You’ll be living with three friendly, working professionals. It’s a relaxed and respectful household, open to all genders, and couples are welcome.

Currently a couple live in this room and deposit is 842 per person if a couple moves in.
