2 bedroom tenancy takeover in Peckham

I’m looking for 2 people to take over the tenancies from my current flat mates, who are moving out at the end of May.

This is a really bright, spacious 3 bedroom in Peckham. it's well connected with 2 overground stations nearby, lots of busses available and a great variety of shops and restaurants a short walk away. just a 5 minute walk from the lovely Burgess Park and about 10 minutes from Peckham High St / Rye Lane.

Both rooms are double rooms, with large windows and comes with a bed.

One room comes with a small built in wardrobe and a kallax unit, and the other with a clothes rack with shelving. the flat has a big kitchen with gas stove and a spacious living room + balcony overlooking greenery. the flat also has a lot of storage for any extra bits you'd want to keep close but out of the way.

Rent is £781 per room, and bills are £120 a month at most (in the colder months).

About me, I’m pretty chill…defo not type A 😅 I do like a joint or 3, and I do smoke inside so if that isn’t for you, living here won’t be. I also love a long walk in the sun with a can, and a good gym session too. Defo love a wine, love a crisp, and a good bravo show. when i'm not being wholesome I do like a drink or three, nights out or music gigs. my cat Milo turns 5 in a couple weeks, he hates to be picked up but that never stops me! He's really sweet but also a bit of a crack head.
