Room Available in Spacious Houseshare

I'm moving in with my partner and am looking to find a replacement tenant to join my house share. Ideally I'd be looking for someone to move in on or around 1st June.

The house is spacious, bright, and located in a gated close. The room is located on the first floor, and has en-suite access to a shared bathroom (there is also an external door, and this bathroom is shared with one other room). The room has a good amount of inbuilt storage with two closets, and a Juliet balcony which is pleasant in the summer.

The common areas are large, and include a kitchen/living room and a first-floor lounge, which also has a Juliet balcony overlooking the patio/garden. The house is a council tax band E.

The house is located a circa 10/15min walk from Camberwell Green and Peckam Rye, and a 5/10min bus. Elephant and Castle is a 25min walk/15min bus ride away. There is a Tesco Express nearby, and a good selection of big Tesco/Asda/Lidl/Aldi/Morrisons within a 15 minute walk.

The existing flatmates are all easy-going young professionals, ranging from our mid twenties to early 30s. Common interests include music, hiking/climbing, and cooking. I will be sad to leave them.
