A double room in a spacious and light Victorian house only 7 minutes walk from Peckham Rye station, and 12 minutes walk to Peckham Rye.

The house has 3 double bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a large kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a garden that catches sunlight for much of the day.

Although the available room is essentially unfurnished, it comes with a comfy double bed and the rest of the house is (beautifully) furnished.

Would be living with two other housemates - both young professionals, both clean, tidy, and lovely, with an interest in film and politics.

Ideal candidate would not be work-from-home more than 3 days a-week.
