Double bedroom in lovely spacious flat in Peckham

Hello!

I am looking for someone to fill a double bedroom in the two bed flat I currently live in, as my housemate is going travelling in November.

The flat is situated 5 minutes walk from Queens Road Peckham and 10 minutes walk from Peckham Rye station. Both have great links into central London by National Rail and are also on the Overground line. There are also many buses (inc night buses) that stop on Queens Road so getting home late is never an issue!

Refurbished to a high standard, whilst still keeping the traditional Georgian character of the building, the flat is fully furnished and with 2 floors, is spacious for a 2 bed.
There is an open plan kitchen living area, great for entertaining, and the kitchen is fully equipped, with a microwave, brand new fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and washing machine.
The flat has two toilets and one bathroom with a shower.

The available room is a good size double and is furnished with a double bed and chest of drawers for a small cost. It is available from Nov 1st although the old tenancy doesn’t end till the 9th so the new tenant will have to cover the rent for the first 9 days as well.

Rent is 550pcm (excluding bills), which we pay directly to the landlord. There is also an admin fee of £300 +VAT (which covers referencing etc) and a deposit that is paid to the estate agents after the landlord’s approval.

A little bit about me…
I work Monday – Friday for an online company as a stylist and occasionally shoot at the weekend as well. I enjoy being out and about and discovering new things at markets, galleries and gigs, so am not always in the flat! I'm also a bit of a foodie and love cooking and the odd glass of wine!
I am looking for a relaxed, like-minded young professional who will want to make the flat a home. Someone who enjoys socializing but also is respectful of personal space.
