The rooms: fully furnished three double bedrooms (one with en-suite) and others with a shared bathroom. All rooms have built in wardrobes and fully blackout blinds for the windows.

The flat: First floor of the block, via locked external gate. Huge open-plan kitchen/living area, with 2 sofas and an armchair, dining chairs and all usual appliances in kitchen including large fridge freezer and dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer also included in a cupboard in the hallway.

The area: Queens Road Peckham is literally 3 mins walk away (or 1.5 min sprint),with easy access to Clapham Junction and Dalston on the overground, and London Bridge in 7 mins via national rail. Nice places to eat and drink nearby, including the lovely Blackbird Bakery/ Cafe, Beer rebellion and Mamma Dough. Central Peckham Rye is walkable in 10 minutes and has loads more food and drink options, and there's always loads of cool events going on there. Just below the flat there is a Tesco express.

Bills: £42 per month covers council tax and internal, then gas/electricity and water are paid every quarter and have ranged in total from £40-£80 depending on the season. it's a very well insulated flat so not much heating is needed, even in winter.

I own the flat and am buying a new place hence looking for people to fill it. I've enjoyed living here for three years so am looking for people to enjoy living in the space as much as I have.
