The room is compact (4m by 2.3m) but comfortably fits a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The new occupier will also benefit from having space on the landing straight outside the room to put a shelf/chest of drawers if they like. Bathroom is to be shared with one girl and there is an additional toilet downstairs in the living room.

BILLS ARE NOT INCLUDED but generally come to about £100 a month including council tax. Deposit is £750 to be paid before moving in.

The property is utterly unique, with lots of natural light and a spacious communal living area, as well as a lovely little garden behind the property. Indoor pool, gym, tennis court belong to the entire building and really make living here and absolute dream.
