Friendly, relaxed flatshare near Peckham Rye

We are two flatmates who have both moved in pretty recently and are looking for a third flatmate or couple to move in.

The room is a large, en suite double, upstairs in a split level 1st/2nd floor flat on a nice street. We have a spacious shared kitchen living area where we’ll often chat while we make dinner or chill in front of the TV. There’s a gorgeous roof terrace which is amazing for drinks and barbies in the summer.

We have decent broadband, a communal TV and plan to share the cost of a cleaner. There’s free on-street parking and space in the hallway for a bike. We have a washing machine, dishwasher and freezer.

Bills are £100 ish per month (broadband, gas, electricity, water, TV licence, council tax).

We are a doctor and a paramedic so often working weird shifts. The vibe is sociable and relaxed in the flat; we are respectful of each other’s space and are pretty independent and busy a lot of the time! When we party it’s out on the town rather than in the flat.
