Looking for a room in a great house, with a garden, a lovely cat, two housemates and excellent transport links? For only £508 pcm + bills (about £100-120 pcm)?!

The room itself is a cosy single, with a bed that converts into a double if required. Nice, bright and airy with plenty of storage space (including a large cupboard on the landing). The house also has a large open plan living area, with a desk for home working, looking out onto a nice garden (with enough space for a pool in summer). We also have a small patio at the front of the house.

Location is great: it's just off Rye Lane and 5 minutes from Peckham Rye station. Housemates are fun and friendly (two men) and the landlord is great - no estate agents involved. House has a garden, cat, dishwasher, cat, washing machine and tumble dryer and a cat. There is only one cat, but she's kind of a big deal.

The housemates are myself (Ryan, 27, cis male, NHS Project Manager), Danny (37, cis male, Security Manager), Gabi (5 & 1/2, cat, Bengal, freeloader).

We enjoy spending time together - often going to gigs and local football matches (Dulwich Hamlet and Peckham Town), listening to music, watching films and comedy, and going to local pubs - COVID permitting, of course.

The rest of the house is vegan so non-meat eaters preferred. Available from 1st November.
