Newly refurbished, very large double room with high ceiling in town house share near all amenities is now available to professionals only. Wooden floor and furniture including king size bed and mattress are brand new, nobody used them yet. It is a warm room in the winter, and fresh in the summer, really quiet as it sits at the back of the house, facing the courtyard.
There is ample storage space at the property, including safe storage for your bike if you have one. The town house consists of living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, spare toilet and one more bedroom (ours). Kitchen fully equipped, washing machine and combo oven, Wi-Fi and a large 50” TV with Sky installed are available in shared use. Trains and overground station is literally 6 minutes away door to platforms. Morrison, Asda, Tesco Express, Argos, Superdrug, Savers, Costa and Nando all 5-minutes away too. We are located next door to the Bussey Building, providing an independent cinema (for future use!), a roof top bar/cinema open in the summer, and numerous bars and cafes. With plenty of pubs and restaurants voted as places to go, Peckham has also been voted 2nd best area to live in London on TimeOut. If you are the outdoorsy type, there’s a lovely park 10 minutes-walk away from here. We can show you live the house when in phone videocall.
The rent is £775 per month with 1-month refundable deposit, with a minimum of 6 months residency – you get a proper contract, and the deposit will be secured for you. We also accept bitcoin if you would prefer that. We are a couple, laid back professionals, inclusive but not intrusive. You must love cats to live with us, as we do have two adorable Siamese.
