Immaculate double bedroom based at the back of the house, with beautiful garden view and doors that open out on to the patio. My room is at the front so it's great that you feel you have your own privacy. It is unfurnished, however it's the perfect space to fit a desk in if needs be. The landlord is lovely and happy for you to paint the walls one colour if you wished. It's your room so we want you to make it yours.

The house is 12 min walk to Peckham Rye Station and Nunhead Station. If you know the area this means it's super close to Peckham Rye where you can get all your necessities and essentials.

When we are set free this area has some great places to eat. From Taco Queen, Bussey Building and the local Caribbean Takeaway - to name a few that I love.

I am looking for a new housemate to move into this beautiful large double bedroom in Peckham Rye.

The room has a door which access out to the patio, which is great in the mornings. The high ceilings are also a delight, which makes the room feel bigger.

The room is furnished with a bed only, my house mate has moved out with bits and bobs of her furniture, however I have and will continue to be purchasing new bits so any furniture you have is welcome...The landlord and myself are keen to build home, with a friendly atmosphere rather than ships in the night!
The room is large enough to fit a desk in as I work from the room comfortably every day.

We have a large living room, kitchen, bathroom (with a bath), a patio and large garden, as well as a cellar which can be used for storage.

We have been living here for a year and I have been living in this area for 2 years. If you don’t know this area I will be more than happy to show you around!

The house is very sociable, and I love to have my friends over (pre-covid) for BBQs/Bonfires dinner and drinks. I also love to watch TV and films in the living room, and have a chat over dinner/ fire outside, but I also like my alone time so I won’t be around you 24/7 :D

We often have a fire going in the garden, and have been growing our own vegetables. You are more than welcome to get involved or not!

I am a professional working in Marketing. I work full time from home 5 days a week. I love to keep active, and often do bodybyCiara workouts in my room or run around the Rye if I am feeling brave. I am keen new florist so I like fresh flowers/creations around the house every week.

I am looking for a housemate to be clean and tidy, and there to be no need to enforce anything official.

Our neighbours are super friendly. We often chat to them over the fence, and they like to share their home grown veggies with us.

The kitchen is now fully furnished and we just need to grab an arm chair for living room, which will be nice to choose together, all other bits can come over time, I love flea markets so like to wait to get some Gems :). If you have furniture you would like to move in with just let me know.

I currently live with my friend Tanya who is moving out, but I love the house too much to move.

The house is available ASAP.

Minimum 6-months stay. We are not on a fixed contract with the landlord but I would prefer a longer term housemate!

We have SKY TV and Broadband.
