Large Double in Beautiful Peckham Rye house

Large room available in friendly and centrally located Peckham house. Just two minutes walk from Peckham Rye Station with Bellenden Road just a few minutes away. The street itself has a dead end which means no passing through traffic.

We are looking for a new housemate to take up a room in our large house located just off of Rye Lane, Peckham. The house is laid out over three floors with two bathrooms, living room, a large kitchen and a patio garden. The room itself is situated on lower ground and has its own entrance down from the main entrance. Very quiet and light, peaceful room.

Currently we are four 30 somethings (1 F, 3 M) working variously in the arts, education and hospitality. You’re most likely to run into us in the kitchen but we are infrequently up for the odd local drink, BBQ and board game. 

Non-smoking and LGBTQ+ friendly house.

The area is really well connected and we are two minutes (brisk!) walk from Peckham Rye station.

£564.88 p/m 12 month  fixed contract

Bills are not included and are divided up equally – likely to be around £65 up to £85 in winter. 

With viewings, we will arrange a in line with covid restrictions to be arranged once we get some responses.
