The house is located a stone's throw away from Burgess Park, with excellent bus networks to the city close by. The nearest tube stations will be either Elephant and Castle or Peckham Rye. We are also conveniently located a short walk away from a Tesco Express, and a big Tesco, Asda, and Lidl.

The house is set over 3 floors and comes with our own garden area which will be lovely for summer. We have a living room as well.

The contract will be handled by Haart Estate Agents, but we deal with the landlord directly who is very responsive.

The room is lovely and bright with lots of storage space and ample space for a desk.

It comes pre-furnished with a double bed and wardrobes.

*Flatmates 🍽️*
You'll be sharing the house with 3 flatmates (2 girls and 1 guy), who are all working professionals.

We're ideally looking for another working professional in their 20s with a good history of sharing and is neat and tidy. We work mainly from the office/hybrid (2-3 days a week) so we're looking for someone who has similar schedules.

The room is £686pcm not including bills, which are approx £80 month.
