My best friend has gone and met the love of her life and for some reason has moved out of our two bed flat.

Good news is that I now have a lovely and bright furnished room with access to your own balcony and bathroom. In the pics the chest of drawers on the left of the bed, the white chair and plants don’t come with the room but everything else does.

As for the rest of the flat the pictures do the talking. Fourth (top) floor flat, wrap around balcony - for those long summer evenings and a stunning view over London.

Located 100m from Peckham Rye Park (basically our garden in summer), a short walk to Nunhead and East Dulwich and Peckham Rye Station.

I’m a graphic designer originally from Sydney but have been in Peckham for the last 8 years. I make jewellery on the side, love cycling (mostly in summer), food and going to Fold/Unfold. Normally WFH 2 days a week - happy for you to wfh as much as you need. I’m hoping to find someone that knows the value of home, happy with their own time but also up for hanging out, adventures etc. Basically someone that I’d be friends with.

Rent is currently £1,100. Bills are about £160 (electricity, internet, tv license and council tax (band D). Deposit £1100
