- First-floor flat, with lovely spacious ceilings, and a communal garden area.

- It sits on a beautiful road, between Peckham and Camberwell, a stone’s throw away from foodie hot spots like ‘Toad Bakery’ and ‘Cafe Mondo’.

- 8-minute walk from Peckham Rye Station, with links to the Overground and ThamesLink.

- The flat is part-furnished, so it will need some TLC when my housemate moves out, but there’s so much potential, especially with the living room.

- Council tax split pm is around £86.

Hi, I’m Adam, 26, currently living in Peckham (shock). I work in Advertising as a Copywriter - 2 days a week in the office.

What I’d like from a new flatmate:

I’m not looking for a new BFF. But I’d like someone I can get along with, go to the pub, and feel comfortable around. It’s a 2-bed flat, so I don’t really want to live in secret from each other - and if you ask, no, I will not do the “Park Run” with you.
