🌸 Situated just off of Bellenden Rd, the house is in a prime location. 7min walk to Peckham Rye Park, 7-10min walk to Peckham Rye Station, 2min walk to some of the best Peckham pubs including Montpelier, Angel Oak, The Victoria.

👯‍♂️ One of our housemates is sadly leaving at the end of August and we need someone to join our sociable, friendly house in Peckham. We are a close-knit house and while we all have our separate lives, often like to spend time together whether it be watching trashy telly in the living room, making food together or weekend pub visits. We’re looking to find someone who will integrate into our little group!

🏡Room is fully furnished with a bed, desk and drawers. It also has a huge amount of cupboard and built-in wardrobe space. The private bathroom has two showers and one bath. Bills not included but usually come to approx £150. This also includes a weekly cleaner.
