Bright,comfortable single room near Peckham Rye

There are two rooms available for rent: a single and a double.

I am not looking to rent both out full time, but for the right person, I can be flexible to consider different options as they are needed- it really depends on the person- it's important to me to have someone relaxed, friendly and straightforward, who's looking to live in a home.

I'm looking for a professional who is looking for somewhere comfortable, clean and calm to come back to. It's not a party house. The apartment is spacious and provides lots of options to be sociable, or not, as you choose!

The rooms are in a lovely large 3-bedroom maisonette , with a garden and a shed for storing bikes. There is a large kitchen, and separate spacious living room and dining room. The shared bathroom has a good shower and bath, and is kept very clean.

Single Room:

The single room is bright and comfortable. It is fully furnished with a single bed, a wardrobe, a bookshelf and a bedside table.

The rent for the single room is £650 per month full time/ 540 per month, Mon-Fri (all included)

Double room:

The double room is also very bright, fully furnished with a double size bed, a chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe and a bedside table.

The rent for the double room is £750 per month full time/ £640 per month MON- FRI (all included)

There's access to a nice private garden, which is great during the summer months. The apartment is very close to both Peckham Rye and Nunhead cemetary, so if you are looking for green spaces for walking or running, they are perfect. There are also local shops very close, and a range of really great pubs and bars.

I am female, early 40s, often working from home. I travel quite a bit with work.
