5 to 10 minutes walk from two BR stations with 20 to 25 minute journey into London Bridge/Charing Cross or Victoria. Also close to tram links to Wimbledon or Croydon and overground line. Lots of bus routes including one 24 hour route to central London.

Supermarkets two minutes away as well as pubs/shops/independent restaurants etc. Cinema, leisure centre and libraries 15 minutes walk.

You will be sharing with a single parent and her two children.. We have an outdoors cat. I work outside the home full time and during term time the kids are out of the house between 7.15 am (leaving quietly!) and 5pm. We respect the privacy of the lodger.

Would suit someone who values a calm, peaceful room.
