I am unfortunately leaving this amazing place to go pursue new projects in Paris and my sister Ashley is seeking a lovely new housemate! This is French-English speaking household.

This room is available for single persons and couples.

This tenancy is long-term to rent with 1 month's notice to terminate.

THE FLATMATE

Sharing with one other female professional in their mid 30s, we are looking for a similar flatmate who will continue to help keep the flat in great condition. She is laid-back, fun and seeking to share the flat with a like-minded individual!

The bedroom is a spacious double room with a double bed, dressing table and chair, shoe stand, coat stand, and outer drawer - more furniture can be provided upon request :) !THE FLAT

Spacious corridor eating room, It is furnished with sofa and armchair, dining table and chairs.

In the kitchen: you will have your own fridge and freezer; fully functioning cooker, sink and washing machine and the rest of the flat is equipped with a bathroom/toilet.

THE LOCATION

Less than 1-minute walk to Penge High Street.

The apartment is only a 20-second - 1-minute walk to bus stops leading to Penge East, Sydenham, Lewisham, and Catford stations (and more - Croydon, Anerley, Crystal Palace, and the list goes on).

Buses and trains also run directly into Central London and the City 24 hours a day from outside the front door making transport convenient and easy - it can't get any better than this !
