A lovely bright double room with:

• Double bed with a brand-new mattress

It’s clean, comfortable, and ready for someone who wants a chilled, welcoming home.

We’re a small, friendly household that likes to keep things tidy and relaxed.
• 4 bedrooms (no living room)
• 1 shared bathroom
• A nice kitchen/dining space with all appliances
• Hallway with bike storage, coat hangers, and shoe rack

Cleanliness is super important to everyone here, and we all do our bit to keep the flat feeling like home.

👫 The Flatmates
You’ll be living with 3 or 4 others — a single girl, and 2 single guys (though that can change a bit over time).
Everyone’s super easy-going and respectful. We sometimes share a dinner or a drink together on weekends, but it’s definitely not a party house. Everyone’s busy with work and appreciates peace and quiet after 10pm.

• Penge East station 🚉 – 7 mins walk
• Crystal Palace Station 🚉– 15 mins walk
• Crystal Palace Park is across the road – great for a stroll, a jog, or grabbing food at the Sunday farmers market 🌳
