Hello! I have a bright double room available in my ground-floor maisonette in Penge, with a flexible move-in date.

The room is furnished with a bed (with under-bed storage), a chest of drawers, and a built-in wardrobe.

All bills are included (Wi-Fi, utilities, council tax, etc.).

Location highlights:
- 4-minute walk to Penge High Street (large Sainsbury’s, charity shops, and bus routes to Tottenham Court Road (176), Peckham (197), and Croydon)
- 4-minute walk to Penge East station (18 minutes to London Victoria, plus trains to Orpington)
- 11-minute walk to Penge West station (Overground/Windrush line: Highbury & Islington to West Croydon)
- 11-minute walk to Crystal Palace Park; 10-minute cycle or 40-minute walk to Beckenham Place Park
- Close to a lovely local brewery, a cute plant nursery/coffee shop, and several great pubs

A bit about me:
I’m sociable and enjoy long walks, sauna trips, gigs, and dancing. At home, I like cooking (mostly vegan), running, gardening, and practising yoga.

I’ve lived in Penge for over three years and really love the area—I’d be happy to show you around if you’re new!

I’m quite tidy and value keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable for both of us. I occasionally have friends over for dinner, and you’d always be welcome to join.

I work in the office three days a week and from home two days.
