The property is located in a quiet area, in a short walk distance there is the high street with many markets and amenities. As well as the entrance for Crystal palace park.
Good transport links to anywhere in London. Just next to Penge west station (2' walk) trains to London Bridge, Canada Water, WhiteChapel and Croydon.
In addition, if you walk 10' you can get Crystal palace station or Penge East station (Victoria, Brixton, Bromley & Elephant and Castle)
Bus stop near home with 24h buses.
The rent has included all the bills and it is required 4 weeks deposit.
As is a fixed Term from July 1st to October 30th 2020.
