Double room to let in Penge

Hello! I have a lovely double room available in my 2 bedroom flat. The room has direct access to its own private courtyard (as well as use of the main garden).

The flat is in Penge, approx 10 min walk from both Penge East and Anerley stations for direct trains to London Bridge and Victoria. Penge high street is just a 5 min walk away and has some good pubs! Crystal Palace is 5 mins away by bus.

The flat is recently refurbished and has a lovely kitchen/diner which leads through to the living room with French doors opening on to a large south facing garden. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe and I can provide more furniture if required.

As for me... I'm in my early 40's and work in central London. I’m clean and considerate and looking to share with someone similar who is also sociable - the living room, kitchen and bathroom are all shared spaces, (don't worry though, I won't hold it against you if you want to watch Netflix in bed!).

Rent is £625 per month which includes all bills.
