Double room in central London flat

Hello!

We are three young professionals living in a lovely, recently renovated flat in a very convenient central London location. We're looking for a fourth housemate to rent the small double room from the end of December/beginning of January onwards.

You'll be sharing with a couple (a Kiwi guy and a British gal) and a South African guy. We are a sociable bunch, interested in a range of things - sports, travel, binge-watching TV shows, exploring, ordering unnecessary Deliveroo...

The room comes furnished, with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and lamp. We're the first people to move in since the place was fully refurbished so all appliances are new and fully operational. We have an outdoor patio with a table and chairs, a large lounge with Netflix/Prime, large kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine etc.

The flat is a quick walk to Pimlico (3 min), Victoria station (10 min), Battersea Park (15 min) and Chelsea/Sloane Square (15 min). A big Sainsbury's is nearby plus lots of smaller stores, which is handy.

We're open to short-term lets but ultimately looking for someone who wants to make this their home! Bills come to about £60 a month each.
