As I have to move out from the UK for work purposes, I am looking for a great flatmate to replace myself. It's a private double-bedroom in a cosy, quiet, spacious 2-bedroom flat in the heart of Pimlico. Flat has large kitchen (incl. dishwasher!) and comfortable living room including two wide balconies, high ceilings etc. and bathroom with shower and tub. All comse fully furnished.
5-min walk to Victoria or Pimlico station; variety of pubs and little restaurants; walking distance to Battersea park, Sainsbury's, Tesco.
The person joining the flat will be on the contract together with my current flatmate (German girl working in consulting). Agency is great and we have a maintenance person available when needed. On the price, it comes to around £1,160 all bills included (water, gas, electricity, wifi, council tax)
