Sublet my beautiful 1 bed flat - all bills incl.

I'm would like to offer my one-bed central London flat for up to three months. It's on the first floor of a Regency conversion overlooking Denbigh street. There's a small kitchen, mezzanine above (used for my storage), lounge, double bedroom, and good-sized bathroom with shower over bath.
As a west facing flat with tall windows overlooking a quiet residential street, it is bright and tranquil.

Price includes all bills including council tax as well as a weekly visit by my cleaner who will also do ironing. There's a landline and wifi, Alexa, nutribullet, washing machine, but no TV. Please do not ask for discount on the advertised rent - I am letting it at cost and, as such, making no profit.

Photos are not recent but it looks mostly the same as you see here. New carpet installed last June and most furniture is less than a year old. Move-in date is flexible.
