The flat is on the second and third floors and has two bedrooms and a comfortable and spacious drawing room/kitchen lit from three sides. And it has a small spare bedroom available for use as an office if you work from home.

The rent is £850 pcm plus share of bills and council tax or there is also the option of paying £1,000 pcm including all bills. There is no deposit.

The property is quiet yet not far from shops, coffee house and restaurants.

I am not young but still working and will be away for part of every week at my house in Sussex.

The flat is fully furnished but there is some limited room for personal things. There is no garage but street parking is available. There is no garden. There is perfectly good Wifi. The room could suit a couple but a single female lodger preferred. No smoking, I am afraid. I have a small dog but would prefer no more of them if possible.

My preference for a female flatmate is because I really value a quiet living environment and I care to keep the flat clean.
