About the Flat - My place is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of an iconic London building, so with stairs inside. The building itself also has elevators.

Who I’m Looking For - I’m looking to share my home with a male lodger aged 30 or older. Someone respectful, professional, and easy going who values a clean and relaxed living environment would be a great fit. Im open to both full-time/all-week lodging or Monday-to-Friday arrangements. If you opt for midweek-only lodging, you’re welcome to leave your belongings in the room over the weekend.

A Little About Me - I normally work as an engineering consultant, but enjoying a break at the moment. I'm friendly, tidy, enjoy films, cooking, yoga, gym and plenty more if only i could squeeze more hours in a day.

Also sharing the flat is Viktor, my affectionate Russian Blue cat. He’s clean, quiet, and loves attention (especially when he gets to meet new people). His purring will be the most noise you’ll hear from him.
