Zone 1 - Garden view - Bills inc - *Feb - May*

Hello,

I have a spare double room in the flat available between *February - May*. It's lovely and bright with a window overlooking a public garden.

About the flat:

The flat itself has recently been repainted by me and comes with a living room, separate kitchen, bathroom and separate WC. It's a two bedroom one with me occuping the second room. There is a balcony and a projector for movie nights. Even though I am a tenant I have taken care of the flat myself so I am looking for someone who will be proactively clean, tidy and respectful of the space. All bills are included and it’s very warm all day and night during winter. Cleaner comes every second week.

About me:

I work as an architect and am originally from Greece. I spend most of the weekdays at work and gym (wfh two days per week for now) so in the evenings I prefer to just relax a bit, cook, listen to music on my Alexa or just chat. In the weekends I enjoy going out in the city with friends or go to a party every now and then. However, I like to keep the flat as my cozy safe space.
Ideally I would like a flatmate with whom we are not strangers but rather hang out together every now and then or have a chat and tea in the living room after a long day. However, I also respect personal space the same way I might need it after a long day too.
