Spacious double room in cosy Pimlico flat

Hi there, 

I am leaving for the USA to pursue an MBA and I am now looking to find someone to replace me in our beautiful flat.

You would be living with Leon, a 26y old Austrian/Italian entrepreneur who’s been in the UK for half a decade and who has been a dream flatmate. He’s easy going, like to keep the place clean, and loves to cook especially for his friends. Generally we tend to go out the flat in the weekends and are quite active.


We have been living in this flat for a year and love the place. It’s a very cozy flat, well furnished and over two floors - and it’s super close to everything whilst still in a quiet neighbourhood.

On the first floor we have a large living room and a spacious kitchen. On the second, the two rooms and the bathroom. There is plenty of storage in the flat. The room you’d be taking is spacious and full of light with two windows. You can actually even see the London Eye from the room.

It’s just a 7min walk to Victoria or Pimlico, both Battersea Park and St James are a short walk away, and there are so many nice cafes, restaurants, and even a food market nearby.

Room ideally taken from 31 June (but flexible).

Council tax band F (in Westminster Council aka one of the cheapest in London). Bills c.£120 pcm in total on average.
