Lovely double room in Pimlico available from the 1st June £1075 a month including all bills. Only 7 mins to Pimlico Station and 12 mins to Victoria.

The flat consists of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, living room and balcony with great views of Battersea and Westminster. The room comes part furnished with bed, bedside cabinet and built in wardrobe. The mirror is mine.

You'll be sharing with Emma and Sophia - Emma is 33 and works in social and influencer marketing (and has lived here 5 years if that tells you anything about how great the flat is!) and Sophia a 29 year old working in data analytics. They both work hybrid home/WFH but enjoy catching up in the flat and would ideally like someone early 30s who is also looking to make this a home!

I am moving out before the end of the month and would ideally like someone to take over the rent starting the 1st. The deposit is £1000 and rent is paid on the 1st.
