Peaceful and Luminous Double Bedroom in Pimlico!

Hello! I’m looking for a new flatmate to share this beautiful apartment. The whole flat has been refurbished quite recently, and it has lots of light and space to lounge around/work!

About myself: I am 23yrs old, working in tech in central London! I am a mix of nationalities and my family currently lives in France. I love studying/composing music, playing chess and cooking in my free time :)

About the area: The apartment is surrounded by brunch places/working cafés, restaurants, and parks. There a lots of different gym options and fantastic coffee/matcha spots! There is also a large Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Tescos within 5 mins walk. I absolutely love it here and hope you will too :)

About the place:
The apartment is on the third floor (lift access!). The neighbours are also very lovely and welcoming.

The free room (in the picture) has a double bed, a big wardrobe with mirrors and a window with noise cancelling slides.

There is just one other person (myself) in the other bedroom.

There is a living room with a sofa, two armchairs and a big mirror, as well as a kitchen (basic amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, other appliances including a toaster, rice cooker, blender etc), and dining room with 6 chairs, which has an extendable glass table perfect for eating and working.

The bathroom has a modern glass wall ceiling and handheld shower, as well as toilet and sink.

The apartment is carpeted, except for the kitchen, dining room and bathroom. I steam clean this every 2-3 weeks.

Location:
5 minutes walking distance to Pimlico station (Victoria line), and 10 mins walking distance to Victoria and Westminster!

Council tax band here is around £2000 a year, which we will split depending on how long your stay is/ your working or student status.
