Available ASAP! 7 min walk to Victoria station

Hey there!

My current flatmate is sadly moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over his room. It is the larger bedroom in the flat and very spacious, with plenty of storage. The bathroom is shared, as are the kitchen and living room. The flat itself is spread over three floors, so it feels open and roomy rather than cramped.

The location is a real highlight. We are just a 7 minute walk from Victoria Station, making it incredibly easy to get around London within 30 minutes. Buckingham Palace is a 15 minute walk away, and there is a large Sainsbury’s only 5 minutes from the flat, as well as a Tesco and Waitrose nearby. Pimlico is a bit of a hidden gem, full of great cafés and restaurants, tucked between Chelsea and Westminster. Battersea Park is also just a 20 minute walk away.

You would be living with me. I run a company in automation and have lived in the flat for the past four years. I like to keep the place tidy and make it feel like a proper home. I am originally from Italy but grew up in Austria, studied in Scotland, and then moved to London. I enjoy spending time with my flatmate, whether that is grabbing a pint or doing something fun when it feels natural, but I am also independent and value having our own space. On weekends I usually meet friends, enjoy cooking, and stay very active with sports.
