Flatmate needed in Pimlico - move in end of March!

I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in a 2‑bed, 1‑bath flat in Pimlico (Zone 1, north of the river).

The flat is super cute and in an amazing location — just a 5‑minute walk to Pimlico tube and about 15 minutes to Victoria. There’s also a lovely private courtyard, perfect for summer drinks, dinner parties, or just relaxing outside.

I work full‑time in central London in legal, with one WFH day a week. I usually go to the gym either before or after work, Pilates, pub nights, wine, and wholesome weekends with friends ☺️

I do have a boyfriend who stays over regularly during the week, and I also spend 1–2 nights a week at his place, so you’ll often have the flat to yourself. We’re both very respectful of space and keep common areas tidy.

Bills: approx. £70–£100/month
Income requirement: £34k+
