I am leaving London and am looking for a new tenant to take over my room. I will be leaving early April, but am flexible with the start date.
The room is a nice size with a double bed and built in wardrobe. You’ll be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and living room with 2 lovely girls. They are clean and friendly and love a chat or film night when possible.
I love living here as the neighbourhood is quiet and cozy, whilst still being very central.
The rent is £1,148.33 per month with almost all bills included. Extra bills add up to approximately £30.00 every 3 months.
