Master bedroom for rent in a flat share in Pimlico. The room has an en-suite bathroom with shower, king-sized bed, built in wardrobes, shelves, and optional desk. The flat has a kitchen and with gas cooker and washing machine/dryer, separate living room, 2 bathrooms (yours and another one), and two bedrooms in total.

The apartment is in a lovely block of flats with a gym, secure gated entrance, bike storage, and a very pretty communal court yard with plenty of seats and tables to enjoy in the summer! Less than 5 minutes walk from Pimlico tube and about 10 minutes walk from Victoria/St James's Park/ Vauxhall tubes - there are plenty of pubs/cafes/shops very near by.

Move-in date is asap but there is potentially be some flexibility!

Bills:
Are about £100-120 pppm: Energy (£35), council tax (£28), internet (£16), water (£22), and cleaner (£16).

About us:
You will be sharing with a professional 30-something couple working in energy and IT. We tend to be out and about/working but we also like to relax at home from time to time. We are always up for a chat, but we also respect others' space!

About you:
We are looking for a chilled-out professional who is clean and tidy, will help us take care of the place, and who is up for joining us for a drink every now and then.

The fine print:
Must commit for 1 year (2 year contract with 1 year break clause)
References and credit check required
1 months rent as the deposit
The contract is direct with landlord via open rent (£20 signing fee, but no other fees)
