We're looking for someone to take over our lease for a large one bedroom apartment in Dolphin Square, Pimlico. The apartment is situated on the 6th floor, with lift access, and benefits from lots of natural light (east facing). It has a large living/dining area with a separate kitchen and large bedroom. The kitchen comes with a tall fridge-freezer, modern electric oven and washer-dryer. There is also a large amount of storage with two built-in cupboards in the hallway and one in the bedroom. There's also an additional small cubby hole in the hallway. The carpets were newly fitted this year and the walls are the same neutral colour. throughout. The apartment also comes with access to Dolphin Square's private gardens. The gardens, grounds and apartment all offer disabled access.
The flat could be taken as furnished or unfurnished.
We'd be looking for someone to take over our lease around the beginning of January 2018, though the exact date is negotiable. The lease ends on the 29th May 2018, at which point you would be free to extend it as you wish.
There's a fee of £20pp in reference checks (by the building managers) and the deposit is £2250. There's also an admin fee of £210 + VAT, but we will pay this for you.
Dolphin Square have an affordability policy of 2.5 x annual rent, so you will need to have a minimum household income of £48,750.
