I have 1 master bedroom to rent in my newly refurbished 3 bedroom end terrace home in (E13 Plaistow, London). This lovely house has recently been refurbished with new flooring, carpets in the bedrooms, new kitchen, and bathroom.

It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so if you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front.

Easily accessible public transportation as well, bus stop is nearly 1 min walk away to take buses towards Canning Town, Stratford and Plaistow Underground Station is just 5 mins walk away. Startford Westfield shopping centre is just 10 mins away from the place. Central London is just 20 mins away from the Plaistow station.

There is a Tesco Express at 4-5 mins walk, 24 hours Asda & Sainsbury located 15 mins away at Beckton, and various local off license and food shops are located within walking distance.

Ideally, I’m looking for a preferably single or couple professional friendly housemate/s to stay, who will enjoy socializing together but respect each other’s privacy, if this sounds like it might suit you, contact me.
