Hi everyone. I'm going to be away for January and the start of February, so am able to let out my double bedroom (I am the homeowner) for around £725 for a 30-day period, inclusive of bills. I can potentially organize a move-in earlier (last week of December) if necessary.
It's a spacious room with built-in cupboards and space for a desk too. I will be away from around the first week of January for a 4-5 week period, so if you are looking for a short-let and don't want to pay excess for an Airbnb, this might be suitable for you. This may be ideal if you are new to London and want a secure base quickly whilst looking for housing longer-term.

*A Large kitchen equipped with dining table, 4+ chairs, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, utensils, breadmaker, dishwasher, washing machine & fridge/freezer.
