Double room to rent sharing with friendly female

Hello! I am looking for a housemate to rent a room in my spare double room in my 2-bed flat in Plumstead, SE London.

The kitchen, bathroom and living area have just been renovated to a high standard, and the flat is located 8 mins from Plumstead station (Thameslink - 22 mins to London Bridge!)

We're super near (3 mins walk) from Plumstead Common and a selection of nice pubs, brunch and yoga places. We have many buses that go to Woolwich, and also into Central London.

You will be living with me, Connie a young professional in my mid 20’s - I'm chilled, up for a laugh and some drinks!

The room has some new funky, orange binds and new double bed, but is a blank canvas ready for you to add some character to!
