Double room, well furnished, near Elizabeth line

We are offering our spare room in our well-furnished, cosy home in Plumstead. The price of the room reflects the fact that we have a 6 month old baby, though this won't affect your stay we understand it is a particular set of circumstances. We would also rather a short term let between 1-3 months as this is the tenancy arrangement we usually do.

Jack and I are both 30 and have been married for 8 years. We are both teachers, working in local secondary schools (though I am currently on maternity leave until June) - we have busy work lives and tend to do lots at the weekend too. We are really laid back and have been renting our room out for short term lets for around two years now. We have really enjoyed hosting people and have formed great relationships with our tenants.

Our house is a good sized Victorian terrace with a garden, dining room, lounge, fully-equipped kitchen and separate bathroom/toilet. 

The spare room has a queen-sized bed, in-built wardrobe/cupboard, small chest of drawers, a desk area and a large window facing the back garden. 

Our cat Luna is talkative and friendly though keeps herself to herself much of the time. 

Due to being teachers and having a baby we are up quite early in the mornings so if you work late nights and rely on lie ins through the week it might be difficult if you're a light sleeper.
