Double room available for an individual (not couple).
The room is of a large size with 2 windows at front of the house with a nice northerly view.
The room is furnished basically, if you have some items of your own then we can possibly work this out.

The room is on the first floor at front of the house.
The house has a bath/shower-room downstairs shared for the 4 other occupants.

There is a back yard to the house that can be used by all.

All bills inc. council tax is included in the rent.

The other occupants are pleasant and calm people that are professionals. The house is not a busy place, many people are out at work and are not the party people-type!

I like to meet all applicants for the room after an initial phone call conversation.
