It's an annex built really for 1 person, or 1 adult and 1 child. However, if a couple is interested, that's fine too, but it is a small double bed.

There is NO freezer and NO washing machine. The closest laundrette is self-serve by the Texaco Petrol station about a 10min walk away.
It's really cosy and quiet neighborhood, and the south facing windows let in a lot of light.
It's a 20 min walk to Plumstead National Rail OR 25min walk to Abbey Wood. Likewise buses frequently run taking about 10min to Abbey Wood and Plumstead or 15min Woolwich
