We're looking for a housemate to share our lovely Victorian house with a friendly male motion designer and a female law student. The house features a spacious bathroom equipped with shower and bath, a fully fitted kitchen, charming pinewood floorboards throughout and a beautiful small garden at the rear.
We’re looking to rent out a single room situated on the top floor of the house, furnished, bills and broadband included.
You'll be sharing the bathroom with the two other housemates.
The house is couple of minutes walk from Plumstead Common and a 10 minute bus journey from Woolwich Elizabeth line and DLR stations.
Lots of new restaurants opened in the Woolwich Arsenal new development and a new weekly Saturday morning farmers market is close by.

Single Room £600 per month, payable in advance, minimum 6 month stay
