Looking for a lodger in Plumstead SE18

Room available in semi-detached house on one of the nicest streets in Plumstead. Just a short walk from both the Slade Cafe and the Plumstead Pantry and moments away from Plumstead Common. Room is comfortable and only other house occupant is myself - I run a group of international schools and have worked in education for many years and have one elderly pug who is very friendly and far too old to be any trouble. Bathroom is large and shared just with myself, same with the kitchen. Although I do smoke a little I never ever smoke in the house. I love to cook and can often be found in the kitchen. King size bed, large chest of drawers, full fibre internet, Sky tv, every possible cooking appliance in the kitchen, nice back yard with a massive bbq smoker. Like to think I'm pretty easy to share a place with - I love music, film, fashion and good food, I am very well travelled and have lived in lots of different countries. Room available from the first of May.
