Outdoor Space: Includes a porch and direct garden access right outside the door, perfect for pet owners!

Pet Friendly: Your dog or cat is very welcome here.

Connectivity: You have your own dedicated router and great Wi-Fi included.

The Details & Terms

Please read carefully as this is a specific short-term arrangement:

Stay Duration: Available until 17th May (Sublet).

Extension: If you wish to stay longer, you will need to negotiate a new contract directly with the landlord at the price he is asking.

Rent: £270 per week (All bills included, no extra costs).

Deposit: £0 (No deposit required).

Payment: The full amount for the duration of the stay must be paid in advance (not weekly or monthly).

Negotiation: Price could be negotiable for the right person who can move quickly.

Location & Transport

Excellent transport links (Elizabeth Line/DLR/National Rail) and great local amenities. You have buses at your doorstep: 96, 99, 177, 180, 422, 469, and N1.
