Double room in a newly refurbed Victorian terrace

We have a lovely double room available in a newly refurbished Victorian terraced house off Plumstead High Street.

The room has a double bed with storage, two wardrobes, bedside table, newly fitted carpet and freshly painted walls and ceiling. The window lets in a lot of natural light. The room is bigger than it appears in the (otherwise accurate) photos.

There is a large communal kitchen/dining room fully equipped with utensils, and plenty of cupboard/fridge/freezer space personally assigned to you for your own items.

We're looking for a clean, tidy, working tenant for our friendly household. Male or female. Single occupancy only - sorry, no couples.

The current tenant is a really nice guy in his late 20s, keeps himself to himself but is very easygoing and friendly.

Smokers are welcome but please note that the property is strictly non smoking inside. We have a large back garden to smoke in.

Location wise, the house is in a very convenient spot, off Plumstead High street. There is a corner store a few metres away which opens early morning too late night, and there is an abundance of grocery stores, takeaways, salons, bakeries, etc within a 2 min walk.

Nearest bus stop is a 30 sec walk, with buses running every couple of mins to Bluewater, Greenwich, Woolwich and many other locations.
