Before I tell you about the flat, let me tell you about the flatmates.
I'm Suman (34), your landlord (read friend), Indian but have lived here for 9+ years. Suman is one of the most friendliest guys you would ever meet. He likes running marathons and weightlifting. He is also into yoga, his specialty is Savasan. Suman is a quant trader at a hedge fund and an entrepreneur. Suman has a private membership at The Ned, and would be happy to take you up to the members only areas - rooftop, The Vault and other secret bars.
Liam (26) is French, one of the funniest guys I know. Liam runs his own business, and is doing pretty well. Liam is into fitness and sports.
About the flat: Flat offers bright and spacious interiors and benefits from 1000+ square feet. This property features 3 double bedrooms, spacious living room, modern bathrooms (1 ensuite, 1 family), fully fitted open plan kitchen, 2 balconies and a huge storage room.
Available furnished (beds, mattresses, dining table, sofa set, fridge, washing machine, wardrobes, chest drawers, TV stand). Room comes with a desk and chair, and I have 2 extra 22in HD monitors that anyone can use. There's a garden in the complex. Langdon park is opposite the building with a great view of the park from the balcony. The best thing about this flat is the massive communal roof top with great views of Canary Wharf and City. There's a 24 hour gym in the building for residents.
