The room is situated on basement level with access to a private terrace leading up to a large outside space shared with the rest of the house. The room will come furnished with a double bed, set of drawers and a full length mirror. There is also additional shelf and storage space built into the wall.

The house has a large kitchen and living area with access to further outside space. There is one bathroom and an additional toilet next to the bedroom. The yard space is gated and locked so bikes can be safely stored and it’s a great place to have friends over when the weather’s good.

The area has excellent transport links. The house is within 5 minutes walk of 3 DLR stations - All Saints, Blackwell and Poplar. The number 15 bus goes from the end of the road straight to Trafalgar Square. The closest tube station is Canary Wharf (Jubilee Line), a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute DLR ride away.

The area also boasts plenty of shops including a Tesco just across the road, as well as a larger Coop and Iceland 3 minutes walk away on Chrisp Street. There is also Chrisp Street market on weekends. There is also a lovely pub, the Greenwich Pensioner, right next door to the house.

You’ll be sharing with 3 others, two males and one female in their early/mid 20s who will be starting Masters in September.

Bills are excluded but come to around £80 each month.
