Double bedroom with a private bathroom /sublet/

We're looking for a friendly human (or a couple) to sublet our room from the beginning of December for 2 to 4 months.

Currently in the house we have another couple in their early 30s - Karol (a filmmaker) and Natalia (a dancer) who are super chill and respectful. Easy to live with.

The flat is really specious (150m2) with a huge living room, open kitchen and plenty of light! We also have one extra room that we use as a music studio / editing room. In the living room is a projector with a screen, good sound system and lots of plants what make winter days and evenings much more pleasant.

Our bedroom has an access to the big balcony.

Each bedroom has a separated bathroom. Our is with a shower, the other one with a bathtub.

Location is really convenient, especially for cyclist. Langdon Park DLR stations is 3min away, Bromley-By-Bow underground station is 10min away.
